Project Coordinator – Financial/Fintech Sector

OPES Software is actively looking for candidates with a dynamic and positive attitude to join our team. We are looking for a Project Coordinator – Financial/Fintech Sector to help us execute on our company’s business mission through evolution of our current product offerings and the development and deployment of the company’s new products launches.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project goals, scope, and deliverables. 
  • Coordinating project activities, ensuring timelines are met, and milestones achieved. 
  • Utilizing your financial and fintech sector knowledge to support the implementation of software solutions. 
  • Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate project updates. 
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines in the financial industry. 
  • Facilitating communication and collaboration among team members to drive project success. 
  • Providing regular status reports to project stakeholders and management. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Coordinator in the financial or fintech sector. 
  • Strong understanding of financial processes, products, and services. 
  • Familiarity with software development processes and technologies. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities. 
  • Knowledge of compliance regulations in the financial industry. 
  • Fluent in English & Arabic (written and spoken) – Mandatory. Spanish and French are a plus.
