Project Manager
OPES Software is actively looking for candidates with a dynamic and positive attitude to join our team. We are looking for a Project Manager to help us execute on our company’s business mission through evolution of our current product offerings and the development and deployment of the company’s new products launches.

Responsibilities
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project scopes, goals, and deliverables.
- Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Applying project management methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Effectively communicating project progress, issues, and resolutions to stakeholders.
- Managing project risks and implementing strategies for risk mitigation.
- Leading and motivating project teams to achieve project objectives.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements in the financial and fintech sectors, with a strong focus on FATCA/CRS.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Utilizing your experience in compliance to ensure projects adhere to industry standards and regulations.
- Monitoring and evaluating team performance, providing constructive feedback, and implementing improvements as needed.
- Managing project risks and implementing strategies for risk mitigation.
- Leading and motivating project teams to achieve project objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, MIS, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in the financial or fintech sector or similar role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
- Strong understanding of financial and fintech industry trends and regulations.
- Experience in compliance, with knowledge of FATCA/CRS being a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.
- Ability to monitor and evaluate team performance effectively.
- Fluent in English & Arabic (written and spoken) – Mandatory. Spanish and French are a plus.
