Dr. Salam has been involved in the Banking and Financial Sector for over 25 years, she possesses experience of liaison with regulators, industry peers and banking experts, and is a regular speaker and experienced lecturer in numerous training programs and workshops, in several countries, covering a variety of areas of her expertise.

Before joining OPES, Dr. Salam was the Head of training and seminars department at the Union of Arab Banks “(UAB) is a Pan-Arab non-profit organization and quasi regulatory body operating under the umbrella of the League of Arab States”

Dr. Salam holds a PhD in Business Management from the UK.
