Termination and Expiration This Order is non‐cancelable and non‐terminable or refundable.

Support No technical support is included with this Order. The Customer agrees to be invoiced on a per hour basis for any required additional support or services.

Fee The fee for the service is the total fee indicated in the shopping cart. The Customer agrees to pay such Fee, plus any applicable taxes.

Marketing The Customer allows Opes Software Inc. to use their logo or business designation on their website and for marketing purposes.

Agreement This agreement shall supersede any inconsistent or contradictory terms or conditions, expressed or implied, in any other procurement documents (in whatever form or medium) exchanged between the Customer and OPES.

Penalties The Customer is responsible to pay any penalties to any tax authority in relations with this Order.

Liability The client shall use the services provided by OPES at its own risk. OPES assumes no liability for losses incurred by the client as a result of transfer of files on and over the Internet. OPES also assumes no liability for direct or indirect losses arising as a result of technical problems, server failure, loss of data, transfer errors, lack of data security or other reasons. In any event, OPES shall not be liable for any loss, damage, claim or expense greater than the value of this Order

Intellectual Property Any files sent to you by OPES SOFTWARE INC cannot be modified, reverse engineered, or used to make derivative works. In addition, you agree not to copy or replicate any information, data graphics, features or functions of the Product, including any related files and/or documentation. It is strictly forbidden to distribute to any third party without the prior explicit written consent from OPES SOFTWARE INC.
