The Panamanian Official Gazette Aug. 19 published Resolution No. 201-6593, further extending, to Sept. 15 from Aug. 18, the deadline to submit financial account information reports for the 2024 fiscal period in accordance with the common reporting standard (CRS) and the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA). The resolution enters into force the same date. (Panama, Official Gazette, 08/19/25).
